Join us in celebrating the 500th anniversary of the Lutheran Church on Sunday, October 15th as we travel to the Breslin Center at Michigan State University for a districtwide worship service.
Our Redeemer plans to rent a coach bus (or buses, if needed) to travel to and from East Lansing. If you would like to join us, the cost for transportation is estimated to be $15 per person. There is no cost to attend the worship service. Traveling by bus will help alleviate parking congestion at the event as well as provide additional time for fellowship.
The program schedule is as follows:
Department Our Redeemer – TBD
Concourse Displays Open – 2 p.m.
Pre-Service Concert – 4 p.m.
Celebration Worship – 5 p.m.
Return to Our Redeemer - TBD
This is a once in a lifetime opportunity to celebrate our God and our church’s 500th anniversary together with thousands of our Lutheran brothers and sisters.
If you would like to attend, please sign-up in the narthex by September 3rd and note if you plan on taking the bus. Congregations will be seated together. Tickets can also be ordered online. To order tickets online, click here. All tickets will be sent to Our Redeemer and distributed as needed.
